Real Estate Development at Landcor Companies

As our name indicates, all of our transactions involve a Core of Land. To that end, Real Estate Acquisition is the starting point for the projects LandCor develops, builds, leases, sells and/or manages. LandCor’s Development Team will identify and handle the niche opportunities as they occur. The Development Team will then expose our clientele to professional input while offering the other service divisions within LandCor such as Construction and Property Management. It is intended that the Development service will be employed within the portfolio of projects that can be owned or controlled by LandCor or for Clients in need of a Development partner.

Real Estate Development will guide projects through the obstacle course of governmental approvals and work with a second company, LandCor Capital, LLC, to secure ownership groups and lending for the projects. The overall LandCor management team has been endowed with a vast experience and understanding of different challenges faced in the development arena. Their experience beginning over a quarter century ago will be leveraged within the portfolio of projects developed by LandCor.
