Real Estate Leasing, is based on the experience of having arranged several retail auto center
leases, land and facility leases between Croix Oil and Super America, and 5 years of experience
with Steiner Development for multi-tenant industrial, office warehouse projects. One of the
strongest areas for LandCor will be tenant retention, a position in which LandCor’s management
has proven experience in past work. It is intended that this service will be employed only
within the portfolio of projects directly developed by LandCor.
